Dr Laxman Salve is an astute and highly skilled proctologist – a professional with more than 19 years of extensive experience in Colo-Rectal, General, and Laparoscopic Surgery.
He holds MBBS degree and, MS in General Surgery from prestigious B.J. Medical College, Pune, and a fellowship in proctology from MUHS, along with fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery under the aegis of ACRSI from St. Francis Hospital, Connecticut, USA, which was done under the guidance of Dr. Saumitra Banerjee and fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery from Indian Association of Gastro-intestinal Endo Surgeons (IAGES).
One of the best colorectal surgeon in Mumbai .He is also the first Surgeon to have a MUHS recognised fellowship in Proctology, which was done at Healing Hands Clinic, Pune.
He has also had an outstanding academic career – Dr. Laxman Salve has served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at B.J. Medical College & Sassoon General Hospitals, Pune & MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai. He is honorary consultant & teacher for post-graduate students in general surgery for FCPS, in K.B. Bhabha Hospital, Kurla(w), Mumbai.
In the past he was associated with prestigious hospitals in Mumbai – Hinduja Hospital, Mb.P.T Hospital, as a consultant surgeon.
Dr. Laxman Salve’s expertise lies in managing complex & recurrent Fistula in Ano and advanced proctology cases like piles, anal fissure, etc., using cutting-edge techniques such as LASER, stapler surgery, STARR and MIPH (Minimal Invasive Procedure for Haemorrhoidectomy), etc.
In addition, Dr. Laxman Proctology Center is proud to have Dr. Neha Jadhav, a highly skilled and compassionate female Proctologist.
Dr. Neha Jadhav has been practicing and treating patients with piles, fissure, fistula, and constipation for the past 8 years.
She obtained her BAMS from Dr. D. Y. Patil College and MS (General Surgery) from Dr. G. D. Pol YMT College, and also has a diploma in Proctology from Pune.
Her soft-spoken nature, clear explanation of the disease to the patients, and clinical diagnosis have made her a preferred choice for many.
Dr. Neha Jadhav is skilled in performing laser and stapler surgery for anorectal conditions and aims to cure patients with great care, confidence, and knowledge.
